The October Project Annual Poetry Contest

The Contest opens on April 1st and closes at 11:59 pm (EDT) on April 30th, 2024.
The Contest is open to anyone, from anywhere in the world.
No more than 3 entries, please.
There are no style or subject restrictions: all poems welcome.
The author must own the copyright to every part of the poem.
If submitting more than one poems, please submit all poems together as a single document.
Submissions must be written in English. Any non-English phrases should be accompanied by a translation.
The file name of your document should be the title of your poem/s.
If poem has been published or awarded elsewhere, please specify.
Poetry must be free from any claims by other parties.
No AI generated content please.
Entrants will receive automatic confirmation via email after entry.
You must be the sole author of the work. You may not submit someone else's work.
You may submit work that has been awarded elsewhere, as long as no part of it has been published.
Entry is taken to be acceptance of these rules.
All poems selected as runners-up, honorable mention or prize-winners may be published on the October Project Facebook page and October Process blog.
