So many of us have been touched by the experience of loss and yearning through recent world events, both individually and collectively. Though our specific losses are different and unique to us, we FEEL them in similar and universal ways.
Return to Me, first released by October Project in the 1990s and enjoyed by millions since, was written by Julie Flanders and Emil Adler as a comfort to loss, calling forth and recognizing the continuing connection we hold with those we love. Whatever the circumstances that have separated us, we hold those we love in our hearts and call them back through memory and, in this case, song.
Our video of The Worldwide Choir of Return To Me features 130 performers from 18 countries, concluding with a breathtaking cello solo from world-renowned cellist Maya Beiser. With all that is happening in the world, we are grateful to join with this community to offer this song of comfort and solace to a wounded world.
In the shadow of the war in Ukraine and the 15 million lives lost around the world to COVID, we hope you will consider supporting the humanitarian organizations providing relief to refugees and people in need around the world.
